1. Where are Cadee Inc. baby wear and apparels manufactured?
In order to ensure that our customers are offered with only the best of quality and value, we selectively import our baby clothing and accessories from Thailand, Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

2. What materials are the baby wear and apparels made of?
We understand the importance of quality material in baby wear. Our baby fashion products are made of 100% cotton to offer the tender and delicate for soft baby touch.

3. Can I purchase Cadee Inc. baby wear and apparels from any retail store?
Currently, Cadee Inc. products are only available on our online shopping galleria. We have plans to introduce our products in retail stores in the future. Do look out for our announcement on our online galleria.

4. Can I purchase only the baby wear and apparels without the gift set?
Currently, standard orders for our baby fashion wear are in the form of gift sets. We treasure all our customers and welcome non-standard orders. You can contact us on email for non-standard orders.

5. Does Cadee Inc. offers gift set collections for babies/toddlers beyond newborn?
Currently, we only offer products for newborn babies. We are seeking to expand our product range from newborn babies to one year old toddlers in the future. Do look out for our announcements and product updates on our online galleria.

6. What are the delivery charges for my order?
All delivery charges are absorbed by Cadee Inc. This is our commitment to offer our customers the best of value for your purchase. (Orders for Singapore are delivered via courier service; orders for Malaysia are delivered via postage service)

7. Is my gift set wrapped before delivery?
We understand your desire to present your best wishes in the best of quality as well as form. All our gift sets are specialty packed in our designer boxes and delivered in our unique non-woven bags to offer a classy feel. No additional gift wrapping will be required. Please visit "Our Design" on our homepage to see our gift sets and specialty packaging.

8. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
All purchases for Singapore that are placed before 9pm can be delivered within the next day. Orders that are placed after 9pm will be delivered on the day after next. E.g. If a purchase is made on 1st Jan (8pm), delivery can be made on 2nd Jan (between 12pm to 12am). If an order is made on 1st Jan (10pm), delivery will be made on 3rd Jan (between 12pm to 12am). 

9. Can I place an order if I am not staying in Singapore or for delivery outside Singapore?
Yes. You can place an order with Cadee Inc. However, we only provide delivery for Singapore (via courier service) and Malaysia (via postage service)

10. Can I include my personalized greeting/wishing message for my gift set?
Yes. We have included a Cadee greeting card for each gift sets. Greeting messages are to be no more than 30 words and will be printed on the card.

11. What are the payment options available?
Our payment gateway with Paypal accepts payment via credit cards and paypal account. All pricings are listed in Singapore dollars.

12. What is the refund/exchange policy?
All products purchased are not refundable. However, in the unlikely instance that you receive a defective product, Cadee Inc will arrange for an exchange for a similar or equivalent product (subjected to availability).
